Green Island UFSD will pilot a universal breakfast program throughout the month of February to make sure each student has a healthy start to the day. This means all students have the opportunity to eat breakfast free of charge everyday throughout February. [LEARN MORE]
Sixth-graders use research, organizational and communication skills in celebrity learning activity
On Tuesday, Jan. 10, sixth-graders came as the celebrities they researched for the past month to talk about their lives and share their poster and PowerPoint creations. Students will be dismissed at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 13
On Friday, Jan. 13, all students K-12 will be dismissed at 11 a.m. for staff development. Teachers will spend the remainder of the day reviewing data from the first round of tests administered through NWEA to plan instruction as we move toward the next series of tests in February. [LEARN MORE]
