What we do
The Heatly Athletic Booster Club promotes school spirit, good sportsmanship and behavior, as well as provides funding for those “extras” which our athletic teams may need.
Unlike school clubs and classes, athletic teams at Heatly can not fundraise, they rely solely on what the school can provide (uniforms, etc). Many of the “extras,” due to budget constraints, simply can not be afforded. This is where the Athletic Booster Club would/could step in. Through donations and fundraising efforts, we would be able to provide those “extras” to help our student athletes become successful.
Several Athletic Booster Club ideas include:
• Running 50/50 Drawings for each game (each
sport)
• Student of the Week (for both Elementary and High School)
• Memory Book – a book for each sport, which will be available to
parents/students.
• Soliciting Sponsors – We have already had several sponsors sign-up
with the Booster Club. Information on what sponsorship includes is on
our webpage.
• Photographers – We would like to offer a Photo DVD and/or Photo CD to
our athletes for a minimal charge. We need additional people to help out
in taking digital photos at the various sports/games.
• Event Organizer/Assistance
• Other – any ideas are welcome for discussion.

The Heatly Athletic Booster Club is always looking for parent participation and any suggestions you might have. If you can help out, please email HeatlyNewsletter@nycap.rr.com. Please include your name, your child’s name, telephone number and list the activity/activities you would be available to help with. The list of activities includes: 50/50 Drawings, Student of the Week, Memory Book, Sponsor Solicitation, Photographer, Event Organizer/Assistance, or Other (please specify).

Memory Book
The Heatly Athletics Booster Club produces a
Memory Book for each sport. If you are interested in being a sponsor,
please download one of the following forms and return them to Heatly
School by July 1 to be part of the book.
