Congratulations to Lucia Catallier in the 9th grade!  Lucia’s oil painting titled, “Mass Confusion” was selected to represent Heatly School in the 26th Annual Congressional Arts Competition, An Artistic Discovery.  This nationwide art competition provides Members of Congress with an excellent opportunity showcase the talents of creative high school students in their respective districts and recognize our nation’s gifted young artists.

Only one entry per high school is allowed.  If Lucia’s work is selected, her painting will hang in the Capitol for the entire year in the Cannon Tunnel of the US Capitol.  Good luck, Lucia!
