On Oct. 8, sixth-grade students took a trip to the Children’s Museum of Science and Technology in Troy, NY.

Heatly students participated in the Investigations in Energy Program where they learned about magnets and motors.

“The trip was a good review of what students learned in fourth-grade and a preview of their next unit in sixth-grade,” said sixth-grade teacher Kathy Kirch.

Students spent two hours exploring the exhibits and the Planetarium Show.
