Ninth graders' work to be published in poetry book
Congratulations
to ninth-grade students, Briana Bariteau, Kevin Greene and Mason Towne,
whose poems were accepted for publication by Creative Communication: A
Celebration of Today’s Writers.
Their poems will appear in an upcoming edition of, “A Celebration of Poets.”
Briana's poem is entitled, “Symptoms of Summer,” and is a lighthearted poem full of the imagery of summer.
Kevin's poem is entitled, "The Cave," and ends with an ironic twist.
Mason's poem is entitled, "Last Year," and
calls to mind a couple's nostalgic memories of the previous year.
