Heatly school community wears pink to raise money for cancer
On
Oct. 23, Heatly students, faculty and staff raised $139 for Breast
Cancer Awareness Month.
Each participant wore pink to school, and in turn donated $1.
All proceeds will be donated to the American
Cancer Society in memory of Ben Stowell, a young boy who recently lost
his life to cancer.
