School and community members invited to attend stakeholder meetings for Superintendent search
The Green Island Board of Education appointed Dr. Charles S. Dedrick, District Superintendent of the Capital Region BOCES, to be the search consultant for the district's Superintendent search.
At the Green Island Board of Education meeting on Dec. 3, Dr. Dedrick outlined the search process beginning with the meeting of the stakeholders.
Members of the Green Island School District and community are invited to attend three stakeholder meetings to discuss the search for a new superintendent. Each meeting is expected to last 1 to 1 1/2 hours depending on the number of people in attendance.
The meetings dates are as follows:
Tuesday,
Dec. 15: Student Meeting at 2:45 p.m. in the Heatly Library
All interested students in grades 7-12 are invited to give their
input in the search for a new Superintendent.
Tuesday,
Dec. 15: Community Meeting at 4:30 p.m. in the Heatly Library
All interested community members are invited to give their input in
the search for a new Superintendent.
Wednesday,
Dec. 16: Faculty & Staff Meeting at 2:45 p.m. in the Heatly Library
All interested faculty and staff members are invited to give their
input in the search for a new Superintendent.
