With positive cases still on the rise, the district will be hosting another COVID screening clinic tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan. 11 from 7:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M using the Rapid BinaxNOW test. The test is free and no registration is required. Individuals will wait for their results in their vehicles and will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
If your child is experiencing symptoms and would like to be screened at the clinic tomorrow, please contact Nurse Valentine at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an alternate time for testing. PCR testing is also offered by the district on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. Registration on the Quadrant website is required prior to taking the PCR test.
Furthermore, Heatly has rapid testing kits available for students to take home. Interested parties can pick up their testing kits at the Main Office today until 3:30 P.M. Kits must be picked up by a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old. If you have any questions, please call the office at 518-273-1422. Please keep in mind that positive cases should be reported to the Albany County Health Department and to Nurse Valentine.
