Heatly E-Sports wins first scrimmage and first game

Heatly’s eSports team has officially started their first ever competition season!

This season, students are competing SuperSmash Bros. So far, Heatly has won our first scrimmage and our first game! We are excited to see how the team progresses throughout the season.

Optional: Students play competitively against other schools remotely. So far we have played a school in Michigan and a school in Georgia. Players can see each other’s character on the screen as they play. Scores are recorded through PlayVS, the official website for eSports competitive leagues.

So far, the Smash Bros team that has played consists of Team Captain Logan Seeloff (9th grade), Austin Placido (9th grade), and Tyler Schmidt (8th grade), with several other students as bench players.
