We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to take a moment to address the recent concerns and issues surrounding the Class of 2023 yearbook. We sincerely apologize for the delay in its distribution and for the missing pieces within the book. We have learned from these mistakes and in moving forward, have created new processes to ensure the yearbook is completed and distributed in an appropriate timeline. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated.
We understand that the yearbook holds immense sentimental value, and we deeply regret any disappointment or frustration these inconsistencies have caused. Please know that we are fully committed to rectifying this situation by ensuring that no member of the Class of 2023 will be required to pay for their yearbook. For those who have already made payments, we want to assure you that the district is actively working on a reimbursement process. Once all yearbooks have been distributed, reimbursements will be processed accordingly.
We are grateful for your patience, understanding, and support as we work to resolve this matter and deliver a memorable yearbook that truly reflects the spirit and accomplishments of the Class of 2023.
